I have ADO pipelines building with ubuntu-20.04 which uses GNU 9.4, and another using ubuntu-22.04 which uses GNU 11.4.
This adds a new ADO pipeline building with ubuntu-24.04 which uses GNU 13.3.
The ubuntu-20.04 is also being removed this from ADO & GHA. actions/runner-images#11101
